Joseph Pereira

Joseph Pereira is Head of Global Asset Management at Standard Chartered Bank.

In this capacity, he is responsible for the development and management of RE Asset Strategies encompassing; financial structuring and sustainable redevelopment to enhance both commercial and retail portfolio value and corporate change management programs in a business aligned manner.

His career has spanned and integrated the practice of Architecture, Project Management, Operations, Finance, and Asset Management into a comprehensive Corporate Real Estate Programme supporting multinational businesses and financial institutions.

Prior to joining Standard Chartered Bank, he was a partner of EC Harris LLP, a global professional consultancy, with responsibility for its corporate real estate and change management programs in Asia, specifically spearheading key initiatives with JPMorgan, HSBC, UBS, B&Q and L’Oreal. Before that, he led Nortel Networks’ workplace strategies in North & South America, North Asia & Greater China and earlier still, the Global Planning efforts for Monsanto Life Sciences Company.

Andy is a Partner of EC Harris and Regional Head of Service – Asset Performance & Facilities Management, Andy leads on excellence and enhances the business performance of Clients.  Based in Hong Kong, Andy seeks to drive increased return from every square metre of a Client’s portfolio, whether investor or occupier, integrating the service lines of FM Consultancy, Total FM, Engineering, Building Surveying, Environmental/Sustainability, Health & Safety and Property Portfolio Management.  Andy has extensive experience with financial, technology, pharmaceutical and retail portfolios with specific expertise in Facilities Management, mobilisation of pan-regional integrated solutions, outsourcing, asset management and building surveying.

Andrew has had extensive experience in the Hotel Industry both in Europe and Australia. He has majored in Business Management specializing  in Hospitality Management.  Prior to his current role he  led Sodexo’s Facility Management Business in Australia and New Zealand as its Executive Director.

Ir. Colin Kwan

Ir. Colin kwan started his career as a consulting engineer in 1985. Then he has worked as a senior engineer, chief engineer, project manager, facilities manager, director and Asia Pacific regional facilities manager.

He has worked in design, construction and maintenance in UK, HK & China. He specialused in project management, energy and facilities engineering including data centres. He is both a fellow enginner and a strategic manager.

Mr. Wong, FRICS, MHKIS, RPS(QS PFM) is the Managing Director of Zeppelin Property Development Consultants Ltd., a regional consultancy formed in 1993, with offices in Hong Kong, Shenzhen and Beijing, specializing in integrated real estate professional services. He is a chartered quantity surveyor and a chartered project management surveyor with nearly 30 years of professional experience. Currently Mr. Wong focuses on facilities and asset management and is responsible for the strategic asset and facilities management of over 50,000m2 premises, in Hong Kong, various cities in mainland China for his clients.
In addition to the chairmanship of RICS HK Board, He also serves in the RICS Asia Board and the Asia Professional Group Board.

Chris Li

Chris graduated from Shanghai Jiao Tong University in 2004 and joined United Technologies Research Center, focusing on in-house research and development of UTC green building technologies and products, participated in multi-disciplinary teams on projects related to thermal management, energy efficient technology, renewable energy application and engineering solution.

In 2007, Chris was internally transferred to Carrier as the HVAC Asia South China Technical Supervisor. Soon After that Chris joined EMSI and has been involved in many high performance green building projects, providing green building consulting services. As Project Manager and acting South Office head, Chris has overseen and been actively engaged in green building projects management and business development in South China, Hong Kong and South-East Asia, delivering sustainable design and energy efficient design consulting services to the clients and has successfully helped clients like BHPBilliton, Coca-Cola, HSBC and Singapore City Development Limited steward their building and development projects meet the USGBC LEED design and construction standard. Chris is the principal Project Manager of the first LEED CS Gold certified commercial project in Singapore. From Apr. 2010, Chris has joined Atkins, F+G as the Project Manager for Sustainability business.

Yingchu Qian

Yingchu is knowledgeable about international recognized green building rating programs, including LEED. He is very experienced in green building related strategies, including building envelope, lighting, HVAC, BMS, etc. With about 10 years of experience in the green building industry, he specializes in green building management and integrated design approaches. He published many professional essays both locally and internationally and delivered many speeches at international green building conferences.

Since he is with Building Sustainability business, Mr. Qian was assigned technical manager, Project Manger, Acting Director of Projects, Director of Projects, District Manager and General Manager. So far, he is leading Sustainability Business for F+G, Atkins Group, for Asia Pacific region.
In addition to the chairmanship of RICS HK Board, He also serves in the RICS Asia Board and the Asia Professional Group Board.
